Welcome To The Challenge
You’re officially in—and I’m glad you’re here.

You didn’t sign up for another training.
You signed up to write a grant.
And over the next two weeks, that’s exactly what we’re going to do—together.
This challenge was designed to move you from information to implementation, from intention to completion, and from “I need to work on grants” to “my grant is written.”
What to Expect
This experience includes pre-work, live writing sessions, and a celebration—each part matters.
Pre-Work: Grant Writing Foundations
February 2–4 | 7:00–8:00 PM (Live)
Before we write, we prepare.
During these three sessions, you’ll learn:
The history of grants and how funding works
(corporate, foundation, and government)How to find grants aligned with your organization
- The ABCs of grant writing
How to prepare your materials and mindset
What funders are actually looking for
This ensures everyone enters the writing challenge confident, prepared, and ready to move.
Live Writing Challenge
February 9–12 | 7:00–10:00 PM
These are focused writing nights.
Each evening, you’ll be actively working on your grant while I am live to:
Answer questions in real time
Provide guidance and clarity
Help you get unstuck
Keep you moving forward
This is not a watch-and-listen experience.
This is a write-with-me experience.
By the end of Day 4, you will have a complete grant draft.
Celebration Meeting
February 13 | 7:00–8:00 PM
We close the challenge with intention.
This session is about:
Celebrating your progress
Acknowledging the work you’ve done
Reinforcing confidence to submit your grant
Recognizing that finishing is a win
How to Get the Most Out of This Challenge
Show up live whenever possible
Block your calendar—protect this time
Come ready to write, not perfect
Ask questions when you get stuck
Trust the process
Progress > perfection.
